What You’ll Do
As the Venue Operations Coordinator based out of a mixture of our Addison Head Office and our flagship Addison Batbox location you’re an all-star pinch-hitter, stepping up to support a variety of needs across People (HR), Finance, Marketing and Operations. 

  • Craft Legendary Experiences: Compile weekly guest feedback (NPS) reports for the General Manager to guide decisions and elevate the guest experience
  • Powered by People: On the People side, you manage recruitment, guide onboarding and offboarding, and act as the go-to resource for payroll and benefits inquiries
  • Build for Tomorrow: You serve as the venue’s super user for our inventory, scheduling, and team management system (Restaurant 365), compile key reports for the General Manager, maintain communication boards, monitor par levels for supplies and uniforms, and ensure accurate inventory records. On the Finance front, you process non–food & beverage invoices and manage payroll
  • Impact Beyond the Game: Serve as the venue’s Health & Safety Officer 
  • Physical & Operational Requirements: You’ll regularly work on a computer and should be able to sit or stand for extended periods depending on the task. You may have to occasionally assisting with event logistics and set up. You may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds, such as supplies, promotional materials, signage, or light equipment. You may need to run occasional local errands and drive between our office and the Batbox location, so a valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required
Who You Are
  • You have 1+ experience as an Office Manager, HR Administrator, Operations Administrator or related role
  • Related hospitality experience would be an asset but not a requirement
  • You thrive in a team-focused environment
  • You’re a detail-driven problem solver with strong communication skills, a love for organization, and a knack for keeping things running smoothly - even when juggling multiple priorities

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
