What You’ll Do
As the Assistant General Manager of our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas you’re the right-hand to the General Manager and a core part of our venue’s leadership team. You empower the front-of-house team to create legendary guest experiences & will jump in as the Acting General Manager when the GM is away.

  • Craft Legendary Experiences: Celebrate wins and coach the front-of house team (Servers, Event Captains and Host & Support Manager), turn feedback moments into opportunity and ensure top-notch service and smooth operations. You partner with the events team to knock private parties and special events out of the park.
  • Powered by People: You inspire your team, promote the Batbox values, lead with empathy, and create a fun, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered to level up. As the venue training leader you build and coach a dynamic venue training team, ensure completion of all venue training requirements.
  • Build for Tomorrow: You partner with Marketing to activate in-venue marketing initiatives, create and refine your teams schedule, and champion your teams roadmaps, scorecards and action plans.
  • Impact Beyond the Game: You support venue safety and compliance - whether it's leading safety training sessions, playing a key role on our Emergency Response team or daily walk-throughs to spot and address health & safety hazards.
You will be frequently walking and standing, and may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds (e.g., stock, signage, or light equipment).

Who You Are
  • You have 1 - 3 years experience as an Assistant General Manager or manager in high-energy establishments effortlessly managing team dynamics, and guest experiences. 
  • You’re driven to level up your game and excited to grow with us, whether as a General Manager or part of our Behind the Brand team.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
