What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Culinary Manager of our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas you’re the right-hand to the Culinary Manager and a key member of our leadership team. You empower the BOH crew, lead day-to-day kitchen operations, and step in as Acting Culinary Manager when needed.

  • Craft Legendary Experiences: Guide the BOH team to deliver consistently high-quality food, while partnering with the Event team to knock private parties and special events out of the park.
  • Powered by People: Hire, train, and coach the kitchen team with empathy and energy, building a culture where everyone levels up and feels valued.
  • Build for Tomorrow: You support BOH planning, inventory, scheduling and BOH processes and systems. 
  • Impact Beyond the Game: Lead safety initiatives, health training, and daily walk-throughs to ensure a compliant and proactive kitchen environment.
You will be frequently walking and standing, and may be involved in lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds (e.g., stock, signage, or light equipment).

Who You Are
  • You may have 1 - 3 years experience as an Assistant Culinary Manager in high-volume kitchens, or you have a strong foundation as a lead line cook. 
  • You're calm under pressure, energized by teamwork, and driven to level up your game and excited to grow with us, whether as a Culinary Manager or part of our Behind the Brand team.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
