What You’ll Do
As a Dishwasher at Batbox, you’ll keep things moving behind the scenes and help set the stage for every guest to have a legendary experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help fuel the entire team. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Operate dish machines and equipment safely and confidently
  • Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishware, flatware, cookware, and glassware
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Keep floors, drains, and mats clean, and take charge of trash removal throughout the shift
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas including walls, storage spaces, and dish stations to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Assist with line maintenance and help prep items or support event food prep as needed.
  • Step in wherever you’re needed - whether it’s sweeping the line, organizing back-of-house storage, or supporting other back-of-house team members
What We’re Looking For
  • A team-first attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures 100% of the time
  • Stamina to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift - this is a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • A reliable, positive work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required
  • You are at least 18 years old
What to Expect
  • Be on your feet for 100% of your shift -  standing, and moving throughout the back-of-house
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
  • Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Reach, bend, stoop, stretch, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
