What You’ll Do
As a Host at our Batbox venue, you’ll be the first friendly face guests encounter. From the second guests walk through the door, you set the vibe - welcoming them with a smile, managing seating with ease, and making sure everyone’s pumped to swing, sip, and stay a while. You’ll be the go-to expert on what’s happening in the venue, helping guests make the most of their visit from start to finish. Here are some of your job duties:

  • Greet every guest like a VIP and keep things running smoothly by managing seating and waitlists with confidence
  • Know the menu, the simulators, and the specials so you can answer questions and share the excitement
  • Be a team player and a positive force on every shift. Whether helping servers, answering questions, or jumping in where needed, you help the whole team shine
  • Stay sharp by completing training, embracing new tools and systems, and staying in the know on promotions and procedures

  • You’re calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and can keep things moving even during peak times
  • Some front-of-house experience is great - but a positive attitude, great communication, and a team-first mindset are what matter most

What to Expect
This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:
  • Be on your feet for 100% of your shift -  walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
  • Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift
  • Read and write handwritten notes

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
