Why Batbox?

Ready to work where every shift feels like game day? Batbox is reinventing the social sports experience - where high-energy baseball meets killer food, signature drinks, and unforgettable vibes. Think an electric sports pub meets batting cages, and you’re right in the middle of it.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Coordinator at our Batbox venue (hourly role), you’ll play a key role in driving event sales and ensuring excellent client service. You will help plan and execute all private dining and large party events. You will take charge of the initial sales leads that come into the Venue including TripleSeat (event booking software) and telephone inquiries. Here are some of your job duties:

  • Support the full sales cycle from inquiry to event execution, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via Tripleseat, EventUp, and other channels with accurate event details, pricing, and creative solutions.
  • Schedule and assist with site tours, tastings, and client meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and BEOs while maintaining organized and up-to-date records in Tripleseat.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales & Events to achieve monthly booking and revenue goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, operations, and culinary teams to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Generate and distribute BEOs to all departments, floor plans, and day-of-event materials.
  • Oversee setup and flow of events, confirming that food, beverage, and simulator timing align with guest expectations.
  • Support in post-event follow-ups, invoicing, and feedback collection.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality (venue, hotel, or restaurant experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to pivot quickly when plans change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tripleseat (preferred), or similar event management systems.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.

Who You Are

  • You’re energetic, organized, and love making people feel welcome
  • You’re calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and can keep things moving even during peak times
  • Some front-of-house experience is great - but a positive attitude, great communication, and a team-first mindset are what matter most
  • If you're all about legendary service, staying one step ahead, and bringing good vibes every day, you’ll feel right at home at Batbox
  • You are at least 18 years old

What to Expect

This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

  • Be on your feet for 50-75% of your shift -  walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
  • Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift
  • Read and write handwritten notes

  • Amp the Experience: We 'wow' our guests and ensure their experience is legendary from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave

  • Lead Together: We are one team. Everyone is empowered to lead

  • Level Up: We're always looking for new ways to improve, innovate & raise the bar
