What You’ll Do
As the Venue Leader at our flagship Batbox location in Addison, Texas you’re the driving force behind every incredible moment our guests experience and every milestone our team achieves.

  • Craft Legendary Experiences: Lead the charge on guest happiness, turning feedback moments into opportunity and ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
  • Powered by People: As a leader, coach, and motivator, you will inspire your team, promote Batbox values, and keep everyone aligned, motivated, and accountable.
  • Build for Tomorrow: From forecasting sales and managing labor budgets to driving financial accountability and delivering on KPIs, you'll keep our operations smoothly.
  • Impact Beyond the Game: Champion safety and compliance. Whether it's conducting audits, overseeing certifications, or ensuring emergency plans are in place, your leadership keeps our team and guests safe every step of the way.
Who You Are
You have 3-5 years experience as a Venue Manager in high-energy establishments, effortlessly managing financials, team dynamics, and guest experiences. Calm under pressure, you create a positive environment while fostering team morale and delivering clear, effective communication.

Your solution-focused mindset drives continuous improvement, and your expertise in food, beverage, and entertainment operations ensures every detail is on point. With TABC and food handler certifications in hand, you're ready to lead with excellence and grow your career to new heights.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
