Based in Dallas, Texas and reporting to the COO, this management role owns Batbox’s end-to-end logistics and procurement operations. This role will be both strategic and hands-on in nature. You will be responsible for sourcing, international and domestic logistics, warehousing, inventory systems, and cost control across all simulator hardware, components, and operational materials. You will also be responsible for building processes, implementing software for inventory and procurement management, and creating scalable infrastructure as Batbox expands.

You bring 5 -10 years of experience managing global supply chains, particularly sourcing from Asia and coordinating international freight. You understand the complexity of hardware logistics, vendor negotiations, customs processes, warehousing operations, and procurement systems. You are operationally sharp, detail-oriented, cost-focused, and proactive.

Your Impact

  • Global Sourcing & Procurement Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers both internationally (Asia-focused sourcing experience required) and domestically. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • International & Domestic Logistics Management: Own freight coordination, customs processes, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines. Optimize international and national logistics to reduce lead times and minimize cost.
  • Warehousing & Inventory Control: Design and manage warehousing operations. Implement and optimize systems for inventory tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
  • Systems & Infrastructure Development: Build and implement procurement, inventory, and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP). Create processes from scratch to support scalable operations.
  • Installation & Field Operations Coordination: Oversee end-to-end logistics for field installation teams, including international and domestic travel coordination, lodging, shipping of equipment, and on-site readiness. Build systems to control travel expenses, housing costs, and deployment efficiency. Ensure installations are executed efficiently, on budget, and aligned with timelines
  • Cost Efficiency & Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to reduce cost of goods, improve shipping efficiency, and streamline procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • You have 5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
  • You have direct experience sourcing internationally (Asia preferred) and managing international freight and customs.
  • You have experience managing warehousing and inventory systems.
  • You have built or implemented procurement or inventory software systems.
  • You understand cost modeling, margin impact, and operational efficiency.
  • You are highly organized, systems-oriented, and proactive.
  • You thrive in fast-growth, high-change environments.
  • You are based in Dallas

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
